Deacon Tinsley

For more than twenty years Ernest Tinsley has led men's ministries on the local, state, and national level. During that period God revealed to Deacon Tinsley that a ministry will grow in size and effectiveness when it is properly focused and operates with clearly defined goals in view. From that moment he began to implement these principles in every ministry in which he was involved.

Bulleseye Ministries evolved from that experience. As men from around the country began to hear Deacon Tinsley present his principles and concepts for developing men and men's ministries, they began to invite him to speak at their churches. What started as an interesting sideline activity became a full-time endeavor.

Since 2002, Bullseye Ministries has presented workshops and seminars in over twenty states and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Its materials are in use in over 100 churches.

Bullseye Ministries offers numerous workshops to assist churches in developing their men's ministry, in developing the men of the church, and in developing church leaders.

What Others Are Saying

As a pastor with a heart for men and a vision for 21st century ministry, I needed a methodology to stimulate men to take their rightful place in the church, their families, and the community. I found such a tool in Motivating and Mobilizing Men for Ministry. We invited the author, Ernest Tinsley, to our church to present a workshop for our men. I can say without reservation that as a result of that workshop men's lives were changed and we had a measurable increase in our men's ministry of 100% within three months of the beginning of the study of Deacon Tinsley's book. I recommend without hesitation Deacon Tinsley's workshops and his book to pastors who are interested in reaching men, both churched and unchurched, in the 21st century.

Ernest Tinsley has been to our church on two occassions to speak to our men, which resulted in the men rising up to meet the challenges presented to them. His book, Motivating and Mobilizing Men for Ministry, is a rare combination of Godly wisdom, scriptual insight, and practical experience which will revolutionize any church's men's ministry. It is a must read for every pastor.
